Effective Date: October 30, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (growwithquran.com), requesting a complimentary assessment, or enrolling in educational classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are enrolling a minor child under 18 years of age, you represent and warrant that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian with the authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Educational Mentorship Services

Grow With Quran connects students with verified, certified Hafiz and Hafiza scholars for live, one-to-one virtual Quran education, including Noorani Qaida fundamentals, applied Tajweed rules, recitation fluency, and Hifz memorization. Classes are conducted online using secure videoconferencing software (Zoom or Google Meet).

3. Parental Supervision & Child Safeguarding

In accordance with our safeguarding policies and international child safety standards:

  • Parental Account Management: All scheduling, billing, communication, and tutor assignments must be conducted directly with the adult parent or legal guardian.
  • Home Environment: For minor students, classes must take place in an open, appropriate household space (such as a family study, living room, or dining area). Parents are strongly encouraged to oversee sessions and are always welcome to observe lessons directly.
  • Communication Channel: Tutors are strictly forbidden from contacting minor students privately outside designated video classroom slots. All feedback and updates are communicated directly to parents via email or WhatsApp.

4. Sabr & Positive Pedagogy Guarantee

We hold our teaching faculty to the highest Islamic standard of gentle mentorship (Sabr). Shouting, harshness, impatience, and punitive behavior are strictly prohibited. In turn, students and parents are expected to treat our teachers with mutual dignity and courtesy.

5. Scheduling, Attendance & Rescheduling Rules

  • Punctuality: Students should connect to the virtual classroom 2–3 minutes before the scheduled time. Tutors will remain in the virtual room for 15 minutes before marking a session as an unexcused absence.
  • Rescheduling (24-Hour Notice): If you need to reschedule a lesson due to exams, illness, or travel, please notify your academic coordinator at least 24 hours in advance. Notice within 24 hours qualifies for a make-up session at an agreed alternate time.
  • Tutor Absences: In the rare event a tutor cannot conduct a lesson due to sudden illness or technical emergency, a qualified substitute will be provided or a full make-up lesson will be credited.

6. Tuition Billing, No Lock-In Contracts & Renewal Terms

  • Complimentary Trial: Your initial 20-minute video assessment is 100% free with zero financial obligation.
  • Transparent Billing: Tuition is billed in your local or preferred currency (GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, EUR) on a flexible monthly rolling basis.
  • No Hidden Fees: There are zero registration fees, zero curriculum surcharges, and zero hidden cancellation penalties.
  • Cancel Anytime: You are never locked into long-term contracts. You may pause, adjust, or cancel your monthly tuition plan at any time prior to your next monthly billing date by notifying support.

7. 100% Satisfaction & Refund Policy

Our complete terms regarding refunds, tutor switches, and trial guarantees are documented in our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property & Digital Materials

All curriculum roadmaps, proprietary worksheets, guides, and branding on Grow With Quran are protected by copyright. Digital textbooks provided for lessons are licensed exclusively for the enrolled student’s personal, non-commercial educational use.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the highest pedagogical and technical excellence, educational progress naturally depends upon the student’s age, regular attendance, and personal practice. We are not liable for disruptions resulting from student-side internet outages, device failures, or third-party telecommunications interruptions.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by standard international commercial standards and principles of fairness. In the event of any question or dispute, parties agree to first seek an amicable resolution through direct consultation with our academic administration.
