At Grow With Quran, we believe that choosing a Quran mentor for your child or yourself is a deeply spiritual and personal decision. We never want a family to pay for lessons if they are not completely satisfied with the teaching quality, patience, or teacher-student connection. This policy outlines our straightforward, parent-friendly refund and cancellation guarantees.

2. 100% Free Assessment (Zero Financial Obligation)

Every new family is invited to begin with a complimentary 20-minute video assessment session. This session is entirely free of charge:

• No credit card or payment information is ever collected to book the assessment.
• There is zero obligation to enroll in paid lessons afterwards.
• It serves as an informal, relaxed opportunity to evaluate your child’s reading level, meet a prospective teacher, and receive a personalized learning roadmap.

3. 100% Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee (First 14 Days)

When you decide to begin paid lessons with us, your enrollment is protected by our 14-day peace-of-mind guarantee:

• If within the first fourteen (14) calendar days of starting regular lessons you feel that the assigned teacher is not the right fit for your child’s learning temperament, we will immediately offer to switch your child to a different certified Hafiz or Hafiza mentor at no additional cost.
• Alternatively, if you prefer not to continue, we will promptly refund 100% of all unused lessons remaining in that monthly billing period, no questions asked.

4. Month-to-Month Flexibility (No Lock-In Contracts)

All tuition packages at Grow With Quran operate on a transparent month-to-month basis:

• Cancel Anytime: You are never locked into long-term semester or annual contracts. You may pause or cancel your enrollment at any time prior to the start of your next billing cycle.
• No Cancellation Fees: There are no early termination penalties, processing fees, or hidden exit charges.
• Notification: To pause or cancel, simply send an email to support@growwithquran.com or message your academic coordinator at least 3 business days before your next renewal date.

5. Class Rescheduling & Make-Up Credits

We understand that family life, school exams, illness, and travel happen:

• 24-Hour Rescheduling Notice: If you notify us at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled class, your lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient alternate time, or credited to your account.
• Teacher Absences: If a teacher is absent due to illness, an alternate qualified Hafiz substitute will be offered or a full make-up credit will be automatically added to your balance.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed promptly to the original method of payment (via Stripe secure payment processing). Depending on your banking institution (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe), refunds typically appear on your statement within three to five (3–5) business days.
